At Gemma Clarke Pilates, movement is approached with intention.

Gemma began her Pilates practice over 14 years ago, developing a deep understanding of clinically-informed, strength-focused movement that delivers meaningful, lasting results. Throughout her practice, Gemma identified a gap in the market for challenging and results driven yet clinically-minded and bespoke Pilates… and so the GCP protocol was born.

Founded on a combination of clinical knowledge and practical experience, the studio offers a more considered alternative to traditional group fitness. Each session prioritises strengthening, precision, alignment, and long-term movement quality through structured, technique-led programming.

We believe that effective Pilates is defined both by intensity, repetition and progressive overload, along with a clear understanding of the body - how it moves, compensates, and adapts.

Through small-group and private sessions, clients receive the attention required to build strength safely, improve alignment, and move with greater confidence and control.

Our approach is progressive, results-driven and highly individualised, supporting each client according to their goals, needs, and stage of life.
