Couldn’t recommend more! Gemma has supported me brilliantly and kept me feeling fit and strong from pre-pregnancy and the whole way through now into my third trimester. I was so excited to see a studio opening in Bondi. Her classes are always considered and she offers great tailoring to suit specific needs. The Pilates Cadillac classes are also an amazing new addition into my Pilates rotation.

Classes are small and specialised and the teachers give great adjustments and guidance. Studio space is luxe, calming and has a free creche for mums too. GCP is really raising the bar, or should I say, barre!
