Semi-Private Reformer & Cadillac (4:1)

A refined Pilates session combining the versatility of the Reformer and Cadillac within an intimate small-group environment.

Each class incorporates intelligent sequencing designed to build strength, mobility, and control through precise, technique-focused movement. Programming can be adapted to support a range of needs including post-rehabilitation, prenatal or postnatal training, or those simply seeking a more elevated and attentive Pilates experience.

The small group format allows for detailed instruction, hands-on guidance, and thoughtful progression while maintaining the motivating energy of a shared session.

Semi-Private Barre (4:1)

A precision-focused barre class that blends Pilates technique with ballet-inspired strengthening sequences.

Expect controlled, rhythmic movements using the barre alongside light weights, bands, and small props to develop strength, stability, posture, and muscular endurance.

The semi-private format allows for close attention to technique and alignment, ensuring exercises are adapted to your individual needs and any guidance from external practitioners.

Matwork & Small Equipment Pilates (4:1)

A contemporary approach to the classical Pilates mat repertoire, enhanced with small equipment to challenge strength, stability, and coordination.

Sessions focus on developing deep core activation, postural awareness, and efficient movement patterns. With only four clients per class, instructors are able to provide detailed cueing and individual adjustments throughout.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.

Mini & Me

A gentle, supportive class designed for new parents and their babies.

Sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor function, posture, and mobility following pregnancy and birth. Movement is paced and restorative, with guidance provided to help you reconnect with your body safely and confidently.

Babies are welcome to remain beside you throughout the session, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for both parent and child.

Studio Pilates (4:1)

A dynamic full-studio session incorporating a range of Pilates apparatus including Reformers, Cadillacs, Arcs, the Barre, Matwork, and specialised props.

Classes move through carefully designed circuits to challenge strength, coordination, mobility, and endurance while maintaining a strong focus on technique and control.

The variety of equipment allows for highly adaptable programming suitable for a wide range of abilities and goals.

Semi-Private Reformer Yin (4:1)

A slow, restorative session where the balance of the Reformer meets the stillness of Yin designed to unwind the body and nervous system. You will be guided through a slow and meditative classes that promotes flexibility, balance and physical and mental surrender. Expect gentle mobility, supported stretches, breath-led movement and deep release to find stillness, release tension, and melt into yourself.
