Semi-Private Reformer / Cadillac (4:1)

A highly personalised Pilates session in an intimate four-person setting.

Using the Reformer and Cadillac, each class is guided by precise, technique-led instruction and tailored programming to support your individual goals. Sessions are designed to build strength, improve alignment, and develop control through progressive, considered movement.

Suitable for all levels, including those returning from injury or seeking a more refined and attentive approach to Pilates.

Semi-Private Matwork & Small Equipment (4:1)

A contemporary interpretation of classical mat Pilates.

Using props such as weights, bands, and small equipment, this class focuses on core strength, stability, and alignment. Movements are layered and progressive, offering both challenge and precision within a controlled, supportive environment. Expect to leave feeling stronger, longer and more connected to your body.

Mini + Me (4:1)

A supportive, restorative class designed for new and expecting mothers.

Sessions focus on rebuilding strength, supporting pelvic health, and improving posture through gentle, guided movement. The environment is calm and considered, allowing space to move, connect, and recover with confidence.

Babies are welcome throughout the session, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for both parent and child.

Semi-Private Reformer Yin (4:1)

A slow, restorative session where the balance of the Reformer meets the stillness of Yin designed to unwind the body and nervous system. You will be guided through a slow and meditative classes that promotes flexibility, balance and physical and mental surrender.

Expect gentle mobility, supported stretches, breath-led movement and deep release to release tension, promote flexibility and a nervous system reset.

Studio Pilates (4:1)

A dynamic full-studio session incorporating a range of Pilates apparatus including Reformers, Cadillacs, Arcs, the Barre, Matwork, and specialised props.

Classes move through carefully designed circuits to challenge strength, coordination, mobility, and endurance while maintaining a strong focus on technique and control.

The variety of equipment allows for highly adaptable programming suitable for a wide range of abilities and goals.
