At Gemma Clarke Pilates, our memberships are designed to support a highly personalised and considered approach to movement.

With a maximum of four clients per class, each session allows for focused instruction, refined technique, and meaningful progression. Our approach blends clinical understanding with purposeful programming, ensuring every client is supported according to their individual goals, movement patterns, and any external guidance.

All members receive a complimentary postural assessment and consultation at Benchmark Physiotherapy, Rose Bay, allowing us to better understand your body and tailor your experience within the studio.
